the place was spotless and had everything we needed. the Colina family, especially tatay, were so friendly and made us feel like part of their family. They even shared their delicious home-cooked meals with us. the atmosphere was so relaxing and truly felt like a home away from home. the location in Southern Cebu was perfect for exploring the sights. the staff were also very accommodating and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Best value for your money. We will definitely be coming back!

I had always wanted to visit Aguinid Waterfalls in Samboan, so I chose to stay at House Rental Banaba Tree due to its good location. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping service, which was provided on a limited basis. I enjoyed the dining area, flat-screen TV, and kitchen in this holiday home.
Cold shower and no AC, but it wasn't a big deal for us. The house was well shaded and didn't get too hot with the fan provided.
